Ole N©ªrklit was born in Denmark in 1968. He received the M.S. in electrical engineering from Aalborg University, Denmark in 1992 and the Ph.D. and European Doctorate degree in 1996 from Center for PersonKommunikation, Aalborg University. From 1992 to 1993 he was with Aalborg University as a research assistant working with spherical nearfield antenna measurements and numerical eletromagnetics using FDTD applied to antennas. The subject of his Ph.D. was adaptive antennas in mobile communication. From 1996 to 1999 he worked at Industrial Research Limited in New Zealand as a post doc fellow, primarily in the field of smart antenna systems for mobile communication. Since 1999 he as been employed as senior design engineer at Nokia Denmark. His current interest include mobile communication, adaptive antennas, array signal processing, and mobile radio channel modeling.
